Our fantastically designed kits are backed up with top quality manufacturing and first class customer service.We only sell great quality kit. All of our products are from official sportswear manufacturers and covered by their standard warranty. We hope you’ll love your purchases, however, if you do change your mind or find that something’s faulty we strive to offer a no hassle policy to get everything sorted out as soon as possible.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to change stuff like delivery address details, remove/replace items from your order or cancel it completely. Contact us as soon as you can and we’ll quickly figure out how best we can help you out.

If your order has already been despatched, then you can return the item(s) for a refund/exchange. See our returns section for details on how to do this.

Delivery

What if I have a problem with the delivery of my order?

For damaged products, incomplete orders or despatched orders that don’t arrive within the expected time period please get in contact with us here at the Contact Us page and we can discuss what the next best steps are to get things resolved quickly for you.

When will my order be delivered?

We’re not a high street type online retailer – so no next day delivery here I’m afraid. We specialise in customised and personalised team wear.

We hold limited stock and therefore it’s very likely that we will place your order directly with the Errea factory. They dispatch and ship items very promptly, however, we do advise that you should expect to receive your order 10 working days after you place it with us.

For personalised items, this all takes a little longer to cook. We need to ensure you’re happy with your order and personalisation so you get the kit you’ll love. This process can take up to three weeks to arrive with you, from the point that your kit proofs are approved.

All of our deliveries are are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which normally takes around 2-3 days to arrive after we’ve dispatched it.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes. All of our deliveries are are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

When your order is dispatched we will send you a link that you can use to keep an eye on your parcel’s progress.

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

We have a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 for all deliveries regardless of whether you order 1 or 100 items.

You get free delivery on all orders over £99.

Can I collect my order?

You can collect free of charge from our Norwich address. Select this option when you place your order online. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for collection, and just come down and say hello anytime within our regular opening hours.

Exchange and Refunds

How do I exchange items in my order with a different items?

If you want to exchange one or more of your purchases for a different item, size or colour, or for whatever reason, it’s simplest to return the items for a refund and purchase the new items from the website.

Unless faulty, we are unable to exchange or refund any personalised items.

All items needs to be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact, along with accompanying delivery note of the original order. Unless the items is faulty, this should be done within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please clearly write on the original delivery note the reason for returning the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I get a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with any of your purchases for whatever reason you can return the items for a full refund.

Unless faulty, we are unable to exchange or refund any personalised items.

All items needs to be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact, along with accompanying delivery note of the original order. Unless the items is faulty, this should be done within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please clearly write on the original delivery note the reason for returning the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. It can take up to 7 days from us receiving your returned item/s to you receiving your refund.

We’ll refund to the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase the original order. If you paid using PayPal we’ll refund your PayPal account.

How do I return my items?

We do not offer a free returns service. We strongly advise that you use a recorded or tracked method of return delivery. We cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on their way back to us.
